Spinach dip with mushrooms

This low-fat dip makes it easy to eat all your veggies.

Serves 10

Serve this chilled spinach dip with a variety of raw vegetables, such as bell pepper strips, zucchini coins, cauliflower and broccoli florets, and carrot, celery and jicama sticks.


In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled with a variety of raw vegetables.


  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 3 green onions, chopped
